Tianna Gabryelle Baca is a highly skilled paralegal, and professional legal assistant with over 4 years of experience in the legal field with a comprehensive background of case management, legal research, document drafting, medical and deposition summaries, managing discovery, organizing trial binders and exhibits, overseeing complex legal documentation and all ongoing aspects of paralegal support.  

Tianna is proud to be a graduate of University of New Mexico, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.  

Tianna is recognized for her outstanding attention to detail and her ability to perform effectively under significant pressure. She has firmly established herself as an invaluable asset and extremely fortunate in supporting several complicated and demanding jury trials assisting attorney Carlos M. Quiñones.  This opportunity has provided her with firsthand legal knowledge, invaluable trial insight, understanding of legal rules and procedures and professional guidance.  

She was privileged to be part of Lerner and Rowe in Arizona, where she took on the role of litigation assistant where she assisted in complex personal injury cases.

She credits her discipline and perseverance, developed through regular fitness and a natural-born competitor as well as seasoned soccer player. She enjoys playing co-ed indoors and outdoor soccer and building new friendships. She believes that a balanced life helps her bring focus and energy to her work and promising legal career ahead.
